Alerts generated on different events to keep end-user updated about the stock, e.g.

  • when minimum/maximum/re-order level reaches its limit

Software application covers complete life cycle on inventory from purchase, receiving, stock keeping, selling and also maintaining record of payables and receivables, payments and receiving.

Daily Sale Summary

It is a process to facilitate daily sales also known as DSS. It helps manage demand from customers, manage drawing of required items from store according to the batch number and expiry date, generate invoices accordingly, delivering medicine to customers and taking receiving from them and later on receiving payments against invoices.

This process of DSS is equipped with a mobile application to further facilitate the process.

Medical Products are added into the system with minute details be saved, e.g. Pharmaceutical Company of that product, Supplier, name, formula, formation, potency, whether prescription is required or not, maximum quantity to be sell per transaction or per day, medicine category, shelf or location in the store, discount available or not and a lot more.

Inventory Valuation

Inventory Valuation Report is also a good feature of the software.

Daily Expenses

Daily expenses can also be recorded into this management system. End-user may create multiple different Heads and sub-heads to record daily expenses against. It is integrated with Day book/ cash book / daily log through Accounts Management.

HRMS and Payroll

Human Resource Management, Biometric Attendance and Payroll generation is also possible through this management solution. If this module is availed, it is integrated with accounts module to make updates automatically.

Reports

Pharmacy management System is equipped with an effective and detailed reporting module. It helps end-users generate reports for pharmaceuticals, distributors, whole-sellers and retailers according to their scope. Selected Reports may be converted into Excel Sheets and some to PDFs. These reports can be emailed to selected recipients from within the system.
